Organising Apple Books Collections

As an author I do a lot of research, as well as recreational reading. It would be very useful if I could nest my Collections to make things easier to find (e.g. the main collection for 'nature' might contain 'flora' and 'fauna' as sub-collections). I know that Apple do not monitor this community, and I have submitted a feature request, but I wonder if anyone knows of an add-on or third party app to provide this feature?

Can you collapse the displayed books by Author in the Library Hello. I have a (large) number of Audio Books/Plays on my iPhoneXS in Apples Book App. They are currently sorted by Author. Is it possible to collapse the list under an Author (or by whatever the selected sort category is) and expand it as needed? This would make it so much easier to find the ones I want. My search turned up a similar question posted in 2006 but I thought in the intervening fifteen years there may have been some improvements. Thank You

Author corner I have been an author since 1997 when I first published my kid's books. Online I generally head for Amazon, Smashwords and Lulu to get my message (books/titles) out there. Since the fall of iBooks Author (R.I.P) I have not ventured into Apple's platform again_ Possibly author trauma_. I am now seeing more about Apple online but still have not heard other author's thoughts, views and activities to publish on Apple. I adore using Mac Pages (which has moved sluggishly with the times, but I like it's pleasantness and all its hidden functions). Seeing my books NOT on Apple, I wonder if there are any active parent companies looking out for great titles (like mine!) coming out regularly. I would love to see a forum for authors similar to that happening on CreateSpace (before kdp/Amazon shot this foot off). It was so nice to see that others were struggling, or having problems with online uploads, accounts, etc. Apple, for me, is beautiful and wonderful to use and I think we need more upbeat blogs about us. In the meantime I am working with Draft2Digital universal links (sadly missing Apple link for my titles). Thanks all those who love being an author. I adore you.

Audiobooks can no longer be sorted by author I can not find an option under Books to sort my audiobooks by author. This existed in iTunes. Am I missing something? Thanks.
