health sharing doesn’t update automatically

My father is sharing his health data with me so that I can monitor his heart condition and remind him to take medication in time. But every few days it would stop updating and I have to instruct my father to toggle on/off a random shared item on his iPhone to make it work again. This happens every few days. Any way to fix this?

Health app sharing A family member and I are sharing health info with each other in the health app. The sharing was working fine until recently, but now when I click on her profile I get her data, but at the top there’s an error message that says: “Some data cannot be displayed. Your Health app can’t show some of the data being shared. One of you may be using a more recent version of iOS than the other person.” But we’ve both updated our phones and Apple Watches and restarted our phones and the error message remains, so I don’t know what the problem is.

Not getting health sharing invite im Not getting the health sharing invite from my wife. It shows as pending invitation on her phone, but I don’t see anything on mine. I can share my info with her and she got my sharing invite almost immediately.

Can’t share health data with friend, but they can share it with me I can’t share health data with my friend. We both have iOS 26.2.1, both are syncing our health data on iCloud, and they are able to add me to their list, but for some reason my iPhone states that „X doesn’t have device that can view my data”. What can be wrong?

Share your health data with someone

On your iPhone or iPad, open the Health app.
If you're on your iPhone, tap the Sharing tab. ...
Tap Share with Someone. ...
Search for a contact to share with. ...
Tap See Suggested Topics or Set Up Manually.
Choose the data you want to share.
Tap Share and then tap Done.

Did that already. The problem is that it stops sharing every few days and I have to use some tricks (toggle on/off random item) to make work again.
