software issues
For the past 3 months I’ve been dealing with the same software issue and apple support or apple in store don’t seem to know how to fix the issue at all. Every time I go they just tell me to run diagnostics and then recommend me to just restore my phone. I would explain ro them that we already have done that. It seems like they really don’t have a clue in what they’re doing and that’s when tech 2 support as well. I’ve called and went to multiple apple stores for this exact issue and no one knows what to do it’s getting to the point where I get extremely angry and just snap just talking about it. Every week I have to take time out of my day to drive across town and waste my time. Ive never felt so disrespected as a customer and they’re entire approach to it is make empty promises on how they’re gonna take personal responsibility and make sure it works only for it to literally not work hours later. Very disappointing and borderline lying
