About my Airpods Pro comes up blank

Greetings,

I have Airpods Pro 1st Generation. When I take it out of the box and put it in my ear, there is no problem with the connection and operation. I can see the serial number when I check it on the web and apple support application, there is no problem so far, but when my airpods device is connected to my phone, I enter the settings application on the phone, I click on the about airpods pro section. At the bottom, the section showing the warranty coverage comes blank. How can I fix this? Is this the case with you? Is it a software problem? I'm curious.

I updated and solved the page by swiping from top to bottom on the page that seemed empty, and the warranty information started to appear on the page. I hope it helps for those who encounter.
