Recording internal audio garage band

Hi! Do you know if it’s possible to record internal audio from computer nor from headphones and also record the singing from the microphone aswell in garage band? So that the same that i hear from my headphones and sing along would all be recorded?

please if it’s possible I need quite simple guides to do this!
