Apple Music for Windows: How can I show the status bar at the bottom of the window, like in iTunes?
In iTunes, there was a status bar at the bottom of the window that would show information such as:
- How many items are in the current playlist, or in your library (when you were showing the entire library)
- If you had items selected, how many were selected and what the total play length was
- Other info
When viewing a playlist, this information is now at the bottom of the playlist and at the top. If there are thousands of items in your playlist, this is very inconvenient as you have to scroll all the way to the bottom or top to see it. However, when viewing all your library, this information is nowhere. There does not appear to be any way to find out how many songs are in your library except :
- Create a smart playlist with a rule that will include everything (e.g. "artist does not contain XYZPDQ")
- Always select this playlist rather than "Songs".
- Now you've got to scroll to the bottom or top of this list to see the info.
How can I get the status bar back?
