can’t retrieve my own voicemails

i had been sharing my apple id with my mother and sister. it’s always caused problems with our phones, and lately i noticed that all of the voicemails i’d had saved disappeared from my phone. they got replaced with my mom’s voicemails. we separated our apple id’s, and i want my voicemails back but cannot figure out how to retrieve them. i’ve tried restarting, toggling off live voicemail, turned off phone in icloud, whatever else the internet has suggested. i don’t know how to retrieve my voicemails. it’s not like i deleted them, they just disappeared and were replaced. can i even get them back? any advice would be appreciated.
