Can't download Vivint onto iPhone 15Pro (Canada)

I just got a new iPhone 15Pro and while all other apps seem to be fine, Vivint will not even load. I get "App unavailable" "Try again". I have deleted and reloaded it from the App store several times with no success. My iOS is up to date. Even the Vivint website won't load on my phone. I get "401 - Authentication error". I spent a few useless hours on the phone with a Telus rep who tried to troubleshoot to no avail. I've gone through a few iphones since having Vivint and have never had this issue. My husband just got the iPhone 15Pro Max and it's fine. I hope someone can help?!!

If still issue persists specific to the website on Safari, I suggest to change the network or contact to network provider. Alternatively try different network such as a WiFi. For app related issues please erase the app and re-install. If issue still persist specific to the app, try contacting to app developer for further solution.


On the contrary, If issue is related to login into your account, it’s not an issue on your iPhone or network.
