photo albums

I want to move one video or photo. from a created photo album to another one of my created photo albums... I go to the album that I want to add to and I hit the plus then I go to albums and bring up the photo/video in the other album tap on it to select but it never gets added to the new album. There is not a highlighted add button.. so how do I get it out of one album and into the other?

You should be able to add photos and videos to your own albums.

Open the album with the photo. Tap "Select".
Select the photo in the album where you are seeing it.
Then tap the button with the three dots in the lower right corner and use the command "Add to Album".
When the list with your albums appears tap the album you want and the photo will be added to this album.

This will work for Standard albums, not Shared albums or albums from the "From my Mac" section of the library.
