Smart Album Question
How do I move a photo to 2 separate smart albums at one time? When I move the photo to the first smart album it disappears and then I can’t find it to move it to a second album.

You don't move photos to Smart Albums; they gather photos according to rules. If one photo matches the rules for two Smart Albums, it should appear in both and also stay in the All Photos and Recents views.
You don't move photos to regular Albums either; you add them to as many as you like. It should appear in each and also stay in the All Photos and Recents views.
In neither case should the photo disappear unless you delete it. If you delete it from the library, it will also be deleted from any Albums, smart or not.
