That’s usually an HTTP 403 Forbidden CSRF error in a single website.

Assuming cookies are enabled in Safari…

One website, or multiple websites?

if multiple websites, any add-on ad-blocking extensions, add-on VPN apps, add-on anti-malware apps, or other such installed here?

if one website, you will want to discuss that with the website maintainers of the website you are trying to access.
