I can't remove deleted iCloud account from my iPhone

Hello, I need your help please!

I mistakenly created a family iCloud, so I asked Apple to delete the "child's iCloud". Now it seems to be deleted but I can't remove iCloud from my phone because it says that iCloud doesn't exist and I can't do anything with it even though the password is correct.
