How do I remove an iCloud account from an old iPad 2 during setup?

hi i was wondering how to remove icloud account from old i pad 2's during setup they are mine and my sisters but both of my sisters forgot the accounts ore the password. oh and back then i didn have an icloud so my other sister used her icloud.
