Podcast not showing on App

I have tried to publish a podcast three times directly to Apple Podcasts.

The first two times only two of my previous podcasts were showing on a screen

When I have five.

Then I tried to go to Apple Support and then clicked through to go back to my account and suddenly all my podcasts show up on that screen, but not on the old one.

It's like there are two different versions of my The Boom Review podcast series and Apple can't work out which one to use.

Anyway so I loaded the podcast called 'Religion, Plague and Finance: Clever ways to Weaken your Enemy - Part 1' a third time on this new screen that has all of my episodes showing and it published fine...

but still isn't showing up.

I understand they had issues a couple of weeks ago and I'm wondering if it is something to do with the new transcript offering. Has anyone tried switching it off and resolved the issue?
