Macbook Air M2 WiFi Connectivity

Whenever I try to connect during our Blackboard Collab meeting for my classes, it reconnects, and my professor's presentation is always not shown on my screen. I can enter the room, but it just disconnects after 3 minutes. It only happens on my MacBook because it works fine whenever I use my iPad 8th Gen, so I assume it is not an internet issue. I have already tried turning off my Bluetooth and airdrop during my meetings, but the same things still happen. Someone, please help me.

Hi, and welcome to the Apple (user-to-user) Community :-)


You may want to check the date and time on your Mac are correct, and your Mac is updated to the latest MacOS for that version. Eg: What's new in the updates for macOS Sonoma - Apple Support

or What's new in the updates for macOS Ventura - Apple Support


Also try turning off VPN if installed.


If there's still connectivity issues:

Check through this article and/or the links at the bottom of it:

(Check or change the Mac OS version at the top of the article for accurate info)
