Most cellular companies will show a Managed Network in your WiFi settings. This is used to facilitate other services such as WiFi calling, in-flight data, Hotspot connections, or 5G home internet boxes. For example, I use T-Mobile and there are 2 T-Mobile Managed networks. Some Cellular providers use the networks of other companies, so you may see the name of that company as a WiFi network instead of your cellular provider. Once you remove the SIM card, those managed networks will go away.
