IOS 17.3.1 problems with audio quality via bluetooth

Congratulations. iPhone 14 Pro Max After updating to 17.3.1, problems began with the sound quality of audio playback via Bluetooth. For example, I listen to my AirPods Pro v2, and then connect to a portable audio speaker / other bluetooth device that plays audio and the sound quality is very poor. It's not interference, it's not extraneous sounds - it's just terrible audio quality. It's as if the bitrate of the composition is as low as possible. Only a reboot helps, or after a while it fixes itself and the audio quality returns to normal. It sometimes happens when listening through an audio speaker/other bluetooth device, and then through airpods pro v2 - in this case, the audio quality is terrible already through airpods. Apple watch s7 is always connected to the phone. I checked the audio through apple music, youtube music, spotify.
