Bluetooth Audio Distortion at Random

I have an Iphone 13 Pro and my iPhone randomly sounds distorted outside driving and after movements of a car breaking.

At first I would “blame” speakers that I connect via Bluetooth. However, I then used my buddies car and the same distortion sound came up. Then when i connected to a rental car, same issue came up. My owned Bluetooth speakers this distortion sound comes up at random too. My AirPods Bro does the same thing.

I took my phone into the Genius Bar and they found no problems.

Has anyone else encountered this issue? It seems like this iphone problem is rare at the moment.
