iPhone 12 bluetooth audio crackling

I have a iPhone 12 and the iOS is 14.4. I have had issues for some time in which listening to audio through a bluetooth device (speaker and Powerbeats Pro), at some intervals (unknown the time frame between) the audio will crackle and become static-y. Originally, I had thought this was because of my beats only, but recently got a bluetooth speaker and it happens on that as well. What can I do to remedy this? I have deleted bluetooth profiles and also replaced my beats (when I thought they were the only thing affected) and to no avail, I still have the issues.
