Bring sound back to hearing aids from iPhone 14

Got a new phone (iPhone 14 and I’m trying to connect it to my Widex hearing aids.) Just got them connected but hear no sounds when I change the equalizer buttons. Help?

I hope you can understand this.

You can check whether or not phone and media audio are routed to the hearing device.

Eg: Use Made for iPhone hearing devices - Apple Support

says:

"your Apple device can control microphone level (volume), audio presets and more for your hearing device."

"Go to Settings > Accessibility > Hearing Devices.

To see more settings, tap the name of your connected hearing device".

also:

"For quicker access to some settings and features: Use the Hearing module in Control Center.

To add the Hearing module, learn how to customize Control Center on iPhone or iPad"

You can also: Route and automatically answer calls on iPhone - Apple Support if you wish.

Re: Widex

There are twenty-five different Widex models that are compatible with IPhone:

You may want to check if your hearing aids are listed as compatible:

Re: Firmware and App updates : eg: may be available from time-to-time:

Check with your hearing-specialist or the hearing-aid manufacturer (Eg: contact "support" on their website)

for a possible hearing-aid firmware update, or, if you use an app, an app (or firmware) update may be available.
