Read the thread. iPhone 6 Plus CANNOT be updated past iOS 12.5.7. If you are unable to download apps which require a higher level iOS version, you're out of luck with a 10 year old, no longer supported iPhone. If the apps are important to you, you'll need to retire your very old iPhone and buy a new or newer more modern iPhone. That is the ONLY solution.

You can want it, but you CAN'T HAVE IT. iPhone 6 was released now about 10 years ago and it simply doesn't have the hardware required to go past iOS 12.x.x. If you need a higher version iOS, your ONLY choice is to purchase a newer, more modern iPhone.
