Read the thread. iPhone 6 Plus CANNOT be updated past iOS 12.5.7. If you are unable to download apps which require a higher level iOS version, you're out of luck with a 10 year old, no longer supported iPhone. If the apps are important to you, you'll need to retire your very old iPhone and buy a new or newer more modern iPhone. That is the ONLY solution.

If are you trying to update beyond iOS 12 on an iPhone 6, you CANNOT.

You can’t. You can’t update past iOS 12.
I can not download or update any apps..its's requere ios 14 or more..but can't download or update..now what can i do..plz suggest otherwise I can't use this phone
An iPhone 6/6 plus can't be updated beyond 12.5.7, it doesn't have the hardware required to run anything higher.
If you need a higher iOS version, you will have to purchase a newer phone.
