Connecting Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro to Macbook Air 15" and iPad Air 4th Generation

I can connect the Samsung Galaxy Buds2 Pro to my iPhone, but I can't seem to connect it to my MacBook Air and iPad Air no matter what I do. I've tried turning Bluetooth on and off (on both devices) before trying to connect them and charging the buds, but neither have worked so far. Does anyone know how to resolve this?
