My account keeps telling me yo verify my billing information but it won’t give me anything to verify it

When you go into settings > apple id > payment and shipping > you can click on the card and if it's the one that has to be updated, it'll tell you to verify information. Typically you just have to hit the edit button on the top right corner of the screen and re-enter the cvv and expiration date.
