A few months ago, there were some photos & a few screenshots that i had but decided to delete them on the photos app aswell as the google photos, but i did do a backup before i permanently deleted them. But Is there a chance i can possibly restore them?

What kind of backup did you make? To recover photos from a device backup of the iPhone you will have to restore the iPhone from this backup. That will not be convenient, if the backup is more than a month old.
An iCloud backup of your iPhone will only include the photos, if you have not been using iCloud Photos as well. If you have been using iCloud Photos, the iCloud backup will not have saved your photos..

If you have a backup of your device from before the photos were permanently deleted, there's a good chance you can restore them. You can try restoring your device from the backup to see if the photos reappear. If you're unsure how to do this, feel free to ask for more detailed instructions!
