Warranty null because Apple repair shop

my phone is given for repair which is under warranty. They accepted

The product for repair as the screen was flickering. They agreed and said it will cost 531 sgd and sent a bill and it will be covered under warranty. After a day they sent a message saying it is done and can pickup. However for surprise they saying screw is broken and they can’t open so I have to buy/ a new phone. They spoiled screw while repairing and refuse to accept they spoiled it. I lodged the complaint but no response and after week i called cc and explained. However cc also not revered for 1 week. After the repeated chase the cc person said she checked with the Apple repair shop and they can’t help. I am still in warranty but they are not ready to escalate nor give a reason in writing for the mistake happened at the repair shop. Please help for proper solution. The product is iPhone 14 Pro Max brought in April 2023
