Subtitles that synchronize lyrics and music. What is the format?

There are great subtitles that synchronize the lyrics and song timing. The subtitle creator is listed in the description, so it seems like a professional job.

The top row shows pronunciation and timing, and the bottom row shows the meaning of the lyrics.

⚫︎SHINKIRO - GuraMarine

I'm also trying to create similar subtitles, so I'm doing a lot of trial and error. I created subtitles in FCP's CEA-608 format, but they are not similar at all.😭

⚫︎HANAGASA ONDO : Japanese folk song

When I read YouTube's help, I read that it supports subtitle files: advanced file formats or broadcast file formats, but I couldn't specify the format. CEA-608 format allows subtitles to be placed above and below, but iTT cannot.

Do you know what format and what kind of code to write?
