after installation i can see only printer function

scaner divice is not available

Scan Tab doesn't show for HP 8600 All in One when opening Printer & Scanners In Mac Studio I have a Mac Studio running OS 12.5.1, when I open Printers & Scanners in System Preferences the scan tab doesn't show in the dialogue box, printer works. I also have a 2019 MacBook Pro also running OS 12.5.1, when I open Printers and Scanners in Stem Preferences both the Print and Scan tabs open and both work. Called Apple they said call HP. I think it's an M1 chip problem since the Intel based MacBook Pro is working fine. I hope Ventura fixes this. Anyone else have this problem???

Hi, only thingI can offer is that I've used this for decades on dozens of different Scanners that wouldn't get proper updates...
