Connecting dual Sceptre F24 displays to 2023 M3 MacBook Pro

My new 2023 M3 MacBook is only recognizing one of my Sceptre F24 monitors for extended display. One of the reasons I bought the M3 is because it featured the 10-core GPU to support dual displays. My monitors are 75hz so, there could be an issue here. However, I used these monitors with my 2019 MacBook Air and while the monitors took a while to start up, at least they worked. Any thoughts?

Is my new 2023 15’ MacBook Air compatible with adding dual monitors? If so, what brand? Wanting to add a left and right monitor to my 15 inch MacBook air… Any suggestions or any thing compatible with the ports?
