Splashtop to iMac

Hello all,

This is a little niche so I'll give all the context I can. I have some one who uses Splashtop to remotely log on to an iMac from their Windows PC after hours. They have done this without issues for over a year. However over the last few weeks they have noticed that sometimes, always outside of business hours, the iMac will not be reachable by Splashtop. It is always outside of business hours but kind of sporadic. Maybe its one Tuesday night, then maybe its Saturday morning. They have no issue the next day when folks come into the office and log in.

I have reviewed the sleep and power settings, everything appears to be good: Sleep mode disabled, Splashtop permissions and settings look good. Nothing has changed on that side since this has started happening. My initial thought was that the end user was putting the computer to sleep manually but this has not been the case. The office has other iMacs and we have Datto RMM on all of them. I have reviewed the network activity for all of them. Some other macs have this problem but most do not. All are on the same OS. I did review the Console and found some things that it logged around the last time it went offline but I am not as knowledgeable about this. I am attaching a few photos. Any ideas?
