Bank’s SMS

Since I upgraded from XS to 15 Pro (eSIM), three months ago, I don’t receive verification SMS. Bank says all is ok, local cell company says all is ok… but SMS don’t arrive.

Done almost everything: check registered number, blocked numbers, reset network, reset phone, etc.

Any clue would be most appreciated.

Many thanks!

under the SMS/MMS label there are only three options: Show subject field, Character count and Blocked contacts.

That is very unusual. Generally there are four options - the three you mentioned plus "MMS Messaging".

Perhaps that explains your issue. Perhaps the bank is actually sending an MMS message and you are not authorized to receive one, possibly because you have not activated it under your cellular plan. Check with your cellular carrier.
