If your bank does not support adding their card to Apple Pay, there is nothing that we – or Apple – can do about it.


You could contact your bank, ask them to support Apple Pay, and hope enough other customers make the request that the bank will listen to the requests and do it. In the meantime, you won't be able to use that particular card in this way. You'll need to fall back on "old-fashioned" ways of paying that involve using the actual plastic card.
