Can’t connect to Inflight Wifi

Using IPhone 14. On American Airlines I connect to the inflight WiFi network, but then I get a message that Safari cannot connect to the server. Everyone else around me connects and uses the WiFi without any problem. What could be the issue with my IPhone 14? Settings to change?

If you have VPN installed on your iPhone delete the VPN profile. You also must have the most current version of the AA app on your iPhone, and you may have to turn off iCloud Private Relay (although that should turn itself off).

Open Settings
Tap General
Tap VPN & Device Management
Tap VPN
If you see a profile, tap on it and remove it
