How to fix logic pro sample rate error messages

The sample rate/midi sync error has nothing to do with the error message. there are no sample rates and external devices to get out of sync in every scenario I've had and even soloing a single track I get the same mindless message. If I add a track or delete a track, it goes away - for a moment. Can you please fix this **** problem. I love Logic and it is completely unusable for long periods of time because of this problem. I have years of work in Logic but am getting ready to move to a different DAW. I can keep having this workflow shutdown happening and it happens a lot. I am running a $5000 M2 Max with max memory and drive space and my MBP i9 ran it better (though still had this inane problem).
