Change the first day of the week in IOS!

Have been wanting to change the system-wide iOS setting for first day of the week to Monday. Could find anything on forum or help or google. Easy to do for just calendar but lots of other apps don’t provide that in their settings. Health, Activity, Zones. I’m looking at y’all among others. To get to the point I stumbled onto the answer. Settings>General>Language & Region. Tap on First Day of Week and pick your day! It changed the week start on all the above referenced apps and a few others as well.
