My shortcuts are running well when run from Shortcuts app.
the problem is when run by ask Siri.
Every Shortcuts that have always been worked well but now run successfully only first command, and then stop.
I’ve tried
iPhone 12 Pro Max, iOS 17
iOs 17.5 fixes this issue! I really suggest to update to iOs 17.5 if you want to solve this issue.
I have been following this thread since the release of iOs 17.4 when bug started. iOs 17.4.1 did not solve the issue. But iOs 17.5 does!!
not-so-fun fact: I even contacted Apple Support twice in the past months asking if they were aware of the problem. They stated that it was working as designed..
Tonight my eyes watered when I tested Siri shortcuts with iOs 17.5 because they performed correctly! Finally, it executes again any shortcut even:
*check that you allowed to run shortcut when iphone is locked in Shortcut > Privacy
**I am using a switchbot controlling curtains, amplifier and projector. They all now work again without having to unlock phone and click 'ok' for every action which is reeeaaally good!!!

I have exactly the same problem after updating to ios 17.4 on my iPhone 13 Pro. All shortcuts with one „action“ are running well, all with two or more stop after the first action. Very annoying. Especially if you are used to ask Siri to execute the shortcuts. It is really surprising how such an obvious defect is not detected during the beta phase!
And I found more 3-4 posts before that have exactly the same problem.

so upset since a lot of these shortcuts used to be part of every day life.
Since update iOS 17.4 on my iPhone 14 Pro I have exactly the same problems. Please, Apple, repair this bug
I have the same problem. Noticed it two day ago, shortly after updating to 17.4.
I thought this problem was only on my iPhone, as it turns out I'm not the only one who encountered this problem, so it's a problem for many iPhone owners who updated to 17.4. Hopefully the next update will fix this problem as shortcuts are part of my daily use.

Confirmed, I just updated to 17.4.1 and the problem is still not fixed, I am very saddened as I was hoping the update would fix this annoying bug.
I have the same problem. After upgrading to 17.4.1 nothing changed :( . I filled this bug into Feedback Assistant today.
someone on reddit said to add ‘dismiss siri and continue’ as the first step, that worked for me

Same here, all shortcuts via Siri broke with iOS 17.4.
Yes, some people say it only works if the phone is unlocked. But in any case, press the 3 dots on your shortcut, type in "Dismiss Siri and Continue". Once it's in your list, hold it and drag it to the top.
