Hi i crashed my new LG monitor so i thought i get another one secondhand. I came across the acer xb321hk but i Cannot seem to get in to work i tried several cables/ports but there is no image
hope maybe anybody Here knows why it wont work

that appears to be a 4K display with
HDMI 1.4 input (inadequate), and
DisplayPort 1.2 input
HDMI 1.4 is only good for up to 4K at 30 Hz. Your M2 Mac Studio from 2022 or later can do better, but if I have the specs correct, the display itself can NOT do better over HDMI.
a USB-C to DisplayPort adapter/cable for this high data rate must have ONE meter or less cable before the 'bulge' of the electronics of the adapter. [a two-meter adapter/cable with the electronics in the distal end is not good enough for this data rate.]
