Recover contacts without sync icloud

Hello. I have an iPhone 7 with 1.800 contacts, but they are linked to a business account. This account don't exist anymore, and I can't bring them to my new iPhone 15. I'm searching the fast way to move them from my old iPhone to the new one, without share them one-o-one.

For example, is it possibile to move them from the business account to iCloud using only iPhone?

Or, maybe, I can use Finder/iTunes, but the info tab say that over-the-air syn is active on iPhone, and I can't access to them: how can i disable it and access on contact from Finder?

Thank you in advance

Are they in your address book now; are you able to access them there? Have you turned on iCloud synching? If so, check and see if they synch to another device logged in to your iCloud account. Also check and see if they appear on iCloud via the browser interface on a computer.

If not, I would reach out to the Exchange administrator and have them give you a backup copy. If they follow protocols they should have a backup. You might then be able to import the contacts to your computer and synch from there.
