Speakerphone on by default on iPhone

while doing outgoing call on my iPhone 13, speaker is getting on automatically.

i checked the setting in accessibility- call audio routing- automatic. And is perfect, but still having this issue.

iPhone 15 speakerphone automatically turns on during calls I have an iPhone 15 and whenever I make a phone call, the speakerphone automatically comes on when I turn the speakerphone off whenever the other party answers the speakerphone automatically comes back on again. Why is this happening?
