From today onwards on my apple wallet when I use any credit card I get an error "update billing address". When I click on that error it show in billing address "zip missing". I can't find in the address fields a zip entry.

Update your contact information on your Me card in your Contacts in the Settings app. Then you need to update your Wallet & Apple Pay in the Settings app. Scroll down to Transaction Defaults and update shipping address and phone number etc.
