Incorrect billing address used different from what is on apple wallet card. Ally code 71. My billing address shows my current address and my debit card is declining due to incorrect zip billing.

If you’d like to edit the information of your Payment Method, please:

1. Open the Settings app.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap Payment & Shipping. You might be asked to sign in with your Apple ID.

4. To update the address for a payment method, tap the payment method, then edit your information. Tapping the method should reveal details for that method including the billing address. You might need to enter the security code that's printed on your credit or debit card. If you see Apple Pay after the last 4 digits of the card number, go to the Wallet app to edit the card information.

5. Edit the method then tap Done

on iPhone

1. Go to settings>Wallet & Apple Pay>transaction defaults>address - update as needed
2. Go to Wallet app>tap on any card>tap three dots in corner>tap address - edit as needed for all cards
3. Go to settings>Apple ID (your name at the top)>payment & shipping>address - edit as needed.

on Mac

open Music>select iTunes Store on the left menu>go to the bottom where it says account>sign in>address - change as needed.

on PC

open iTunes and the rest of the instructions should be the same as for Mac.

Your not alone, I am having this very same issue. Apple what are you going to do to fix this issue? I lost a package because of this.
