Apple doesn't get involved in lost or stolen devices. Assuming you have Find My enabled on the phone before it went missing, see what you can do to try to find it here --> Find your lost Apple device or AirTag with Find My - Apple Support
If find my was not enabled, the phone is not powered on or connected to a network, you'll have to look for it the old fashioned with your eyes way.
