Mac Mail Shows Header But No Content
My Mac email shows headers but no content on some email. My iPad and iPhone show the same emails normally. How can I rectify this?

I've selected all that you said to deselect, restarted the computer, deselected all and restarted the computer again. I've enabled and disabled a VPN. I'm at a loss.
It's been doing this for a while. I've stayed current with the most recent OS, Sonoma 14.3.1.

For problem accounts the go to way to sort things out is to delete the account(s) from the Mail.app, then add it back.

Note—
IMAP accounts stay on the server, so no local loss, when you re-sync
POP accounts download and remove from the server—therefor save your inbox/sent box if you want them
“On My Mac" is just that, local folders you created and moved mail into. So no loss

Thanks for the help. I can't seem to delete the email account.
I'm just going to live with it since I do most of my email on my iPad. I just thought I might try fixing this problem that I've had for a while.

Open Mail.app select Mail>Settings>Privacy disable:
Protect Mail Activity
Hide IP address
Block all remote content
compare your results. Quit mail if necessary and relaunch, restart the mac if necessary.

I already tried that. Still the same. It's funny that some emails are normal and others aren't.
Thanks for the suggestion.
List what else you already tried(?)— or do we continue to play a game of Whack-O-Mole...
I would include:
old issue, new issue what changed?
what exact mac?
what exact macOS?
