I have noticed that email on my iPhone is not showing up on my MacBook Pro. I then forwarded an email to my account. I then opened it on my MacBook Pro but the window is blank (window that would have the actual email text).

What you describe may be expected behavior if your email account uses POP instead of IMAP. Do you know which protocol your email server uses? Also, is this an iCloud email account or another email provider?
