Private Relay won’t turn off
I have Apple+ and just started using Private Relay. Sometimes it will not access some sites, so i tried sliding the.button in Settings to turn it off, but it won’t leave my browser—in my iphone & ipad.

Are you also using VPN? They don’t play together.
I’ve never found Private Relay to be an issue in accessing any site. However, in Settings/[your name]/iCloud/Private Relay it may be necessary to tap IP Address Location and set it to Maintain General Location, or sites that actually know your location may think it’s not you.
Can you turn it off, or is the switch stuck at ON?
