Child screentime

My son got a new iphone and his sister got the old one. When I turn on the screentime for the new phone everything works great except that i can not track website and app activity because screentime says it is the old phone, which was erased and works great with the new user.

I can track website and app activity on the new phone but not on my phone when i am looking at screentime. The top one is screentime as seen on my phone and the bottom one is screentime as it is seen on the new phone. The name on the top one is the new user, but it does not track activity from that phone.

how can i erase this and track the new phone?
