Lost ability to report speed trap

Used to be able to warn others of accidents and incidents along with speed traps on Apple car play maps now it’s no longer there. Any suggestions as to what I’ve done?

Apple Maps speed camera notifications Not sure if I’ve messed up a setting but Apple Maps will incessantly say caution while using CarPlay with no indication about what the issue is. This also happens in areas where it used to say x per hour speed camera ahead”, or specifically warn of red light cameras etc. Seems to have started after 16.3.1. It doesnt seem to matter what I have maps set to at the time either :(
