was wondering if i could resync my apple watch to my iphone again, if it's possible to get some stuff back

hey, so i had lost my iphone 13 pro max abt a week ago, and i was phoneless for 4 days. but tried everything i could to get it back like filing a police report, tracking it in 'find my', and trying to track the imei number when it was dead, bc it showed that it was offline in 'find my'. ik it was my fault that my phone was stolen when i was drunk and out in a club (lesson learned.) but when the time that my phone was missing and dead, on my apple watch it still had messages being sent to the watch despite that my phone was out of battery and long gone. so when i had to get a new phone, i didn't back it up cuz i didn't know that i was gonna lose it. basically when i was trying to sync my watch to the new phone it backed up from the lost phone, but it didnt back up what was recent. so some of my pictures and messages that were on the old phone are no longer existent to the new one. the messages that still went through my watch when my phone was dead and lost disappeared and i dunno if it's possible to resync my watch to my phone. idk if that is possible. some of the messages i had were important and ik i shouldve backed up sooner rather than later. but i tried everything to look up the imei of my old phone online, but nothing helped. cuz i just wanted what i had before i lost my phone :(

Backup from a lost iPhone is not possible at all. See if this helps --> Missing Lost Deleted Photos and Videos - Apple Community

If you have not backed up or do not have the latest backup, nor imported nor you have synced or uploaded your data to cloud drives prior to the situation that you are in, then I am sorry, all your data is lost.

Switched Off? Still traceable: Even if the iPhone is switched off it is findable, see the pic below.

iPhone is findable even when powered off. (iOS 15 and above)

Did you enable Find My network? See the pic below

If yes, read below how it may get located.

The Find My network is an encrypted, anonymous network of hundreds of millions of Apple devices that can help you locate your device.

From the above, I infer that when another device comes in close proximity to your powered-off device the GPS/Bluetooth from both devices will form a network and your device's location info will be displayed to you on your device only. As long as both devices are/have...

  • Find My Network is enabled
  • iPhone 11, 12, 13, 14, and above
  • With iOS 15 and above versions

Set up Find My on your iPhone, iPad, iPod touch, or Mac
