Unable to copy and paste pictures and screenshots

This issue has been existing since quite sometime ago but it has resurfaced during last couple of weeks. When a screenshot is taken and while attempting to share with WhatsApp, it doesn’t progress further. Worse is while a picture is copied and pasted on WhatsApp, it converts as a sticker! Worst is screenshot appeared as status of WhatsApp during one of my recent attempts!

I tend to believe there are quality issues of ios while handing new version releases during last couple of years!
