Screenshot sharing bug

Lately I have come across a new bug in IOs. I can no longer send a screenshot by typing a name of someone in either Whatsapp or via email. As I hit share and opt whatsapp/email, it is all fine but as soon as I start to type the name of the person to whom I want to share the app closes and takes me back to the page where I landed upon taking the screenshot. I have updated my iOs, reinstalled whatsapp, restarted my phone, tried the same thing on my iphone 7 same problem persists.

Remove your email account and set it up again

Make sure that all of your emails are there or make sure that your email is saved somewhere other than your device. On your device, go to Settings > Mail, then tap Accounts. Tap the email account that you want to remove. Tap Delete Account.
